Keto Chicken Crust Pie

For the filling

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ cup diced mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup of chicken cubes
  • ½ teaspoon pink salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¼ teaspoon rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme

For the crust

  • 5 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon pink salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese


  1. Heat the olive oil in the pan. Add sliced onion. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, diced vegetables, pink salt, and black pepper powder. Fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Now add the chicken cubes. Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Now add chicken broth and heavy cream. Cook for another 10 minutes on low flame. Add rosemary and thyme. Turn off the heat when most of the liquid evaporates. Transfer the filling into the baking dish and spread evenly. Let it give some time to cool down a little bit.
  5. In the meanwhile prepare the pie crust. Whisk all the pie crust ingredients in a bowl. Mix properly.
  6. Now evenly spread the crust mix on the filling of the pot pie. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Keto chicken crust pie is ready to serve. Enjoy.
